- Service request information, such as service type, device or network issue, employee count, business industry, location details, appointment details, photos or screenshots provided by you, and notes about your technology environment.
- Business information, such as company name, job title, office location, number of users, service needs, vendor environment, domain name, website URL, email platform, firewall, network, endpoint, cloud, or backup details you choose to provide.
- Support information, such as diagnostic notes, ticket details, device identifiers, error messages, logs, system information, configuration details, and communications exchanged during service delivery.
- Payment and billing information, such as billing contact, invoice details, payment status, and transaction records. If payment card processing is used, full payment card data is handled by third-party payment processors unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.

Client-provided data is handled according to the applicable written agreement and service scope.
4. Sensitive Information and Protected Data
Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, payment card numbers, protected health information, passwords, confidential business records, or other sensitive information through public website forms unless we specifically request that information through a secure channel for a defined service purpose.
For healthcare, dental, medical, or other HIPAA-regulated clients, Mass IT Pro will not intentionally create, receive, maintain, or transmit protected health information for a covered entity or business associate unless a separate written Business Associate Agreement is signed and the service scope permits that access.
For financial, legal, accounting, or regulated clients, additional contractual and security terms may apply through a separate agreement.

11. Massachusetts Personal Information and Security Program Notice

Client-provided data used for migrations, backups, recovery, support, hosting, or managed services may be retained or deleted according to the applicable Statement of Work, managed services agreement, hosting agreement, backup agreement, or written client instruction.
13. Your Choices and Requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of certain information we maintain about you. We will respond as required by applicable law and our contractual obligations. We may need to verify your identity or authority before fulfilling a request. Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, billing, security, contract, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.
You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe instructions in the email or contacting us. You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP where supported. We may still send non-marketing service, appointment, billing, security, support, or transactional communications where permitted by law.
