We recently started working with Mass IT Solutions after experiencing several problems with our computers and network. We are an oil delivery company that relies heavily on a good computer support company. Our previous IT company fell far below what we needed and it was a constant let’s try this costing us more money than we needed to spend. They worked diligently to resolve the issues, installed new equipment where needed, and got everything running smoothly in a timely manner. Our company also relies on specialized software, and they went above and beyond by contacting the software companies directly and working with them to resolve the problems. They stayed on top of everything until our network, computers, and software were all working properly. Their customer service has been excellent. They are knowledgeable, dependable, and very responsive whenever we call for service. Excellent service. Very good communication skills from all employees, punctual and on time appointments. I work in the design industry and run Windows on a Macbook Pro using a virtual machine in Parallels Desktop. This is not a common set-up, but they were able to fix multiple problems preventing me from opening and working on my .dwg files. Our Xfinity internet modem went out at Penguin Convenience Store in Bellingham, MA, and we were unable to take credit card payments, which was a major issue for our business. Xfinity could not send a technician until the next day, but Mass IT Pro Solution came out the same day and arrived very quickly. They handled the headache of speaking with Xfinity support, helped switch over and replace the modem, and got our internet back up so we could continue taking payments. During the modem changeover, they also cleaned up and reorganized all of our CAT6 network wiring, which made the setup much neater and easier to manage. They were professional, fast, and knew exactly what needed to be done. He is very experience. He is done this for 15 years, but also very excellent. he was also very personable. He is very nice. He explained everything very clearly and he was very patient answering my question in the plural. He really wanted to do things completely and correctly. Without taking any shortcuts he wanted to do this the right way. He tested everything that he had done to make sure of that.
